so you think you've got talent?

Here is our next star whom you will soon see on, "So you think you can dance"!

swimming in the pool!

Keaten and Lexi swimming in the little pool! Keaten loves to put the back of his head in the pool. He thinks he is SO big!
Lexi loves to stick her whole head in the pool, she thinks she is SO big!

I love my dad!

Dominic and Keaten pulling fireworks! A lot of confetti came out after you pulled the string. Keaten thought this was the best and eventually caught on how to pull! It was difficult.
Look at the big fish I caught! I love to fish with my daddy and my cousin Kenzie!
We found a turtle and watched him swim. Keaten has finally learned (after hounding from his mother) that we need to let the animals go after a short while, cause they will miss their mom and dad! Actually the fish above, Dominic told Keaten that he was going to let the fish go and swim with his family. Keatens responce, "I'm so proud of you dada!"
This is my absolute favorite picture and the reasons we have went through so much to get out into the country. Dominic built 5 of these wagons to pull Keaten and his friends. Keaten is so proud and always excited to see his dad when he comes home from work. It's always out to go on the 4-wheeler, lawn-mower, or wagon! Keaten is lucky to have a dad like Dominic!

My monkey!

Lexi absolutely LOVES the water. It is impossible to keep her out as well as crawling around and sticking her head in the water. She has learned to blow out when her face is in the water, but there are some remembering troubles, as she has inhaled the water! It just doesn't slow her down. I think we might have a swimmer on our hands!
I love to crawl all over the tubes!
I love to put my face in the water!
I love seaweed and touching everything. I will only put the things that are hard in my mouth! My mom gets awfully tired of being on police patrol as I'm quick!

Happy 4th of July!

We had a super weekend at the lake. It started out with a parade down Hunter's Beach (the gravel road by our cabin) and the neighbors loved the McKinnon parade. Then we went in a boat parade on Star Lake. There were about 40 boats all decorated in red, white, and blue! Lexi slept, Keaten was so tired, but the rest of us were rip roaring and ready to go! The evening was extremely eventful with a trip to the emergency room in Perham, in which they couldn't help us so we had to head to Innovis in Fargo. Keaten has had "penis" pain. For about 4 day we would check it out and saw nothing. On the 4th it was then swollen and extremely red. He had an ultrasound on his testicles (NOT fun) to make sure they were not twisted and cutting off blood supply. Turns out he has epiditimis???? Basically the epiditimy, which carries the sperm, is swollen which the cause is not known. So, the 4th was spent in the ER. We had firewords on Saturday by Dominic and my dad. They were wonderful. I don't have a ton of pictures. They are all on my mom's camera, however I do have a few that I will share! Hope everyone enjoyed their 4th.
